Transfer unactivated esim

I recently just changed my iPhone, I had a iPhone 14 and I set up my ESIM on it but never activated it, and I recently just got the iPhone 12. I need to be able to transfer the new ESIM to my 12 but I haven’t activated the eSIM yet and I’m not sure how to transfer it.

@JAlls Most likely you will need to activate it on whatever phone it was ordered on first. If that is the 14 then we can activate that, then initiate a request to transfer it to the 12. Activation steps for the phone are found below.

@XfinityMatthew hi, what if my old phone no longer works, should I call support?

Calling in to our Xfinity Mobile Care team may be a quicker resolution in this case. But if that is not helpful or you'd rather work with us then we can always escalate this for you.
