Transfer two business lines to home

Our business is closing, but we will still need our phone and fax line for awhile longer. Is it possible to transfer those two lines to our home?  We have Xfinity business at the office and Xfinity residential at our home

Yes, you can move your lines over to your home account. The only issue that I can think of is if the line is not within the telephone number service area we might not be able to port is over. 

Please send us a direct message with your name, business and home service addresses. We can start to dig into the options to confirm if we are able to transfer (port) the phone numbers over. 

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
