Transfer to new address

Recently moved to new address and transfered my xfinity account there and cant activate my own modem to new address.

Congrats on your move! Have you tried activating from the Xfinity app? If you have Xfinity Voice service, you may have to click on the hyperlink on this page to activate your equipment.

I already tried many times activating my own modem on xfinity app it always says cant find modem. We dont have voice service
