Transfer Services Help Needed

I’m moving to a new apartment and I’m trying to transfer my services. However, Xfinity keeps recognizing my new address as a business location rather than a residential location. How do I fix this?

@user_eytfvb Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. We're thrilled to hear that you are going to be bringing us with you in your move! I know how stressful moving can be, and I would love to help you make transferring your Xfinity services the easiest part of your move. Just to clarify, you are getting that error that the new location is a business location when you try to transfer services here: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/moving? If it is a multi-unit dwelling you may need to double check that the unit number is correct, sometimes unit 1 may show as unit A. It would be whatever address the post office delivers to.
