Transfer service to new location
I am moving next week and stuck in an endless loop while trying to submit the request to transfer service...the site says contact us; the contact us chat bot directs to FAQ, the FAQ directs to chat bot, the chat bot after 15 + prompts will not connect me with a live agent, the customer service line disconnects after directing me to the chat bot that repeats and says see FAQ which instructs to visit the chat bot. Help!

Hello @user_e25131 We'd be happy to assist you with your transfer and appreciate you wanting to stick with us through your move. In order to better assist you please send us a direct message with your full name and both the old address and the one you are attempting to transfer to.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
