transfer primary user says to refresh, but never does
Okay, so frustrated! Person at store messed up my account to the point I have literally spent hours and not rectified yet! She transfered primary to me away from my husband to me in order to activate new sim card for phone. I was then locked out of account even though I was now primary? Literally spent hours on phone before I could access the account and didn't want to change primary because payment is on auto and did not want to [Edited: "Language"] that up. I've created a gmail account as a secondary sign-in. Now, when I access the account to transfer primary back to husband, I'm told to "refresh page" or "try later" and have been doing so for two days'- really? Sometimes it tells me to verify my security id and it's correct, so what to do?

Hello @user_9c0645, Thank you for reaching out and making a post. I hope you are having a great day. I understand how frustrating this may be, especially having to try logging into your account repeatedly, and it is not going through. Now that you have access to the primary credentials, did you log in and add a secondary user for the new email account you created? If not, then you can go to Manage user roles and permissions on Xfinity accounts. Here, it provides the steps so you can add and invite users. If you have done this step already, have you cleared your cookies and cache? Have you tried a different browser?
