Transfer ownership

We have filled out the proper documentation to transfer my account to my Son, yet I am still receiving payment notifications and not my Son.  We have been working on this since 12th of July!

rsdyrland Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to our Community Forums Support for assistance with the account notifications. That's definitely a concern, when you receive a payment notification that is supposed to go to another individual. I'm happy to help you get this squared away. Are you able to login to the Xfinity App or Xfinity.com account that you had before transferring services over to see if you are still listed as the primary user?
