Transfer of recordings and purchases

My Purchases and Cloud DVR recodings are missing after transfer of service to new address." Please help

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I hope your move went well! My wife is in the Navy, and we've moved a lot. I know it can be overwhelming, but I am hoping you had an easy transition. I see along the way your recordings did not transfer over. Did you keep your equipment during the move, or did provide you some new devices?
