Transfer of Ownership Request

I am currently the manager on my plan. I am trying to become the owner.

The current owner initiated the transfer of ownership request. We received emails with links to submit a signed document and our IDs. Both of us have turned in these documents on August 11th.

I have not heard any update regarding this, and it still shows my role as a manager on my account. How can I get this transfer to complete?

Thank you.

Hello, @user_vkr40g thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for support, and I'd definitely like to look into the account ownership change further. I appreciate all the information you've provided, it's really helpful knowing when you submitted the requested documentation. From experience, when opening the change of ownership ticket I've seen it can take up to 14 business days to complete.

With the documentation being submitted on 8/11, was the ticket opened the same day?

I've also seen that a lot of my communications end up in my junk/spam folder, have you happened to check in there to see if the communications got filtered to that email section?

Hello!

The ticket was opened July 13th. I submitted my documents the same day, but the current owner submitted her documents on August 11th.

I have checked my junk/spam folder and there are not emails from Xfinity.

I just wanted to make sure the request was being processed since I haven't received anything after submitting my documents.

Thank you for your help!
