For instructions online: Go to Xfinity Mobile on a computer Click My Account and log in Go to Devices Select the line you want to port out Click Learn More to Transfer your number Cancel the line Choose the number you want to transfer We will send you an SMS with the transfer PIN shortly after the request is submitted
