TRANSFER MY SERVICE!!!

Why is moving my service to my new address so difficult. You advertise that’s it’s seamless. If this isn’t resolved by EOD today, I’m looking for a new provider. Please call, text, or email me ASAP. [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Old service address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I will provide my new address when someone contacts me. I have spent hours on this this week and it’s infuriating! It seems like no one cares. I look forward to getting this resolved ASAP. Thank you.

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
