My address of my new place is not coming up in your system. Just says unable to recognize address

Hello, @user_e79408. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity forums for support, you have contacted the right place for assistance. I would like to investigate this further for you to see about locating the new address in our system. From experience, if the address is a new build construction location and hasn't been updated from USPS our system wouldn't recognize it. 

 

We may need to open a serviceability ticket if after investigation it is found we service the address, but isn't recognized, and I can definitely assist with that process.

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
