Transfer Comcast Lines to New Pole

PG&E replaced the utility pole in front of my house in late February.  They advised us that Comcast was notified they need to move their equipment, but this hasn't occurred despite five months passing.  How do we get Comcast to address this and move the equipment?  This is a safety issue (leftover portion of old pole rotting) as well as eyesore.
