Transfer Address Not Recognized

Hello, I am moving to a new construction and xfinity doesn't seem to recognize the transfer address. I called the other day and someone told me I'd get a text notification about it. All the text notification said was that the address is not recognized. Can someone help me? I'm moving in less than two weeks.
