Transfer account to someone else

I recently started the process of transferring my account to a roommate and I received the ACCOUNT CHANGE REQUEST FORM but I have a doubt about a checkbox that says the following: "Transfer this account to a new account holder (includes equipment and/or access to email and voice mail)"

Is that my personal email that I set up for my account? Are they going to have access to it? Can someone explain to me please, thank you.

user_oxv9m8 Good afteroon! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Community Forums Team of experts for assistance with transferring your services. The new owner would become the new Primary user of the account, but with their own User ID and password. Unless you wanted to transfer all that over to them, then that would require some additional steps. 
 
Additionally, this is also one of the continued benefits of Xfinity services. If you have been using your Comcast email address for communication, you will be able to continue using your email even if you don't have an active account with us.
