Transfer account ownership

I need to transfer the account to my roommate as I am moving. I have called, been in the chat and tried all the links I have found in this forum and no help.
the xfinity customer service line disconnects you after clicking through automated options and the transfer process is for bereavement cases only. I just need my roommate to take over the account. How do I do this? Is there anything real life human customer service person I can speak to to resolve this?

user_5ilkdi Thanks for reaching out for information on how to do a change of responsibilty for your account. You can do so 2 different ways. If it needs to be done soon, you and your roommate can go into one of our Xfinity stores together to get this done the same day. We can also submit a ticket for you that will go to our team that handles these requests remotely. It will take much longer as they will need you to fill out a form, and email in documentation for both you and your roommate for security purposes. If you would like me to put in a ticket for you, please let me know.
