Transcript from chat has all numbers replaced with ### in User responses

When I download a chat at the completion, by pressing Download Transcription, I find that the system has replaced all numbers in my responses with "#####". This is very confusing and makes the transcript far less useful for recalling what was discussed.

MIKE (11/19/2023, 08:42:44 PM): "Look at the July ##th bill --- the total $### is what is ..."
Agent (11/19/2023, 08:43:10 PM): "Yes I'm checking now thank you for letting me know then "
Agent (11/19/2023, 08:43:39 PM): "Yeah that is your last bill on file "
MIKE (11/19/2023, 08:44:16 PM): "That bill (July billing date) was about $### and my DVR worked :-)"
MIKE (11/19/2023, 08:45:31 PM): "It was ## hr max"

Hey there, sorry to hear you are not satisfied with how the transcripts download, alternatively, you are welcome to screenshot the conversations instead.

When you finish a 3 hour unsuccessful chat, scrolling through all the pages and screenshotting them is silly and just adds to the frustration. I did not realize the transcript was a mess until I came back to read it. Since then I notice all transcripts have been numerically censored.

Someone at Xfinity apparently paid a programmer to censor the numbers in the transcripts for some misguided reason...

The same thing happened to me. The whole experience is very frustrating. It seemed suspicious b/c I had a similar transcript that I was referencing in my chat and that was fine... it was almost like it was intentional so I would not have any proof of what was promised.

I am sorry that has added to your frustration, unfortunately there would be no way around that other than the screenshotting. If any issues arise from that conversation we are always right here on the forums for you to fix anything!
