Tranferring service to renter from owner.

Question

I recently (early this month) got Xfinity  wifi in my home to run my sprinkler system. The home will now have a new renter. They are getting a new xfiniti account. Is there a way for me to transfer my equipment to them?. I am out of state so difficult to go back and pick up equipment and turn it in

user_gmsn3x, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. The best way to handle this would be for them to take your equipment into the Xfinity Store and swap it out for new equipment. That way your equipment is returned and they have their equipment assigned to their account.
