Tranferring service to renter from owner.

I recently (early this month) got Xfinity  wifi in my home to run my sprinkler system. The home will now have a new renter. They are getting a new xfiniti account. Is there a way for me to transfer my equipment to them?. I am out of state so difficult to go back and pick up equipment and turn it in
