The trade-in statuses include: Order placed, New device shipped, Trade-in not shipped, Trade-in shipped and received, Trade-in under review, and Trade-in review results (accepted, rejected, or adjusted offer). If you receive an adjusted offer, you have 14 days to respond to avoid losing your trade-in offer.
