Trade In
I've been trying to get in touch with someone regarding a trade-in issue. I sent my old phone for a trade-in back in May 2022, and I am still making payments on it - despite speaking with multiple agents since then and being "assured" the discount would be applied. This is one issue on top of the many I am currently having to deal with, including a service line which I was told was removed and was never removed. At my absolute wits end here, and tired of having to call or chat with Xfinity agents multiple times a month for almost a year, receive promises, and they turn out to be empty.
