Trade In Not Delivered in Time
I shipped an iphone 14 with a $700 credit over 24 months back and it hasn't arrived. I shipped another the same day that was received and already marked as accepted. How can I fix the issue with the one that is still running late? Will I lose my credit since it had to be received by today, June 16th (last day to be received)? Why should I lose my credit because the post office lost the order? It's a perfectly good working iphone and was send back but now it's lost?
