Trade in devices
We traded in our devices to upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro & iPhone 17 Pro Max. We were told that we would receive two $500 credits for our trade in devices. The devices were dropped off to the store on 11/28/2025, account still shows that the trade ins have not been shipped to Xfinity even though they were handed directly to a store manager. We keep getting the run around that it is "in progress" on Xfinity mobiles end but no one can provide an actual update as to when my account will reflex the credits for the phones traded in.
