user_791ynz Thank you for reaching out! You should be able to find tracking information for your Xfinity equipment through the shipping confirmation email. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from Xfinity. It will include a direct tracking link for UPS or FedEx. You can also check the Xfinity App, just navigate to the Billing or Account tab to view order details and tracking links.
