Tracking my new modem

Hi!

I'm trying to figure out when my modem will get to my new place. I was told 3-5 business days over the phone and I'm just wondering on if that will be the case because I've seen posts that say 5-7 business days. Trying to be as patient as possible with this. Any help will be very appreciated!

Hi there, Stoutat22! Thanks for signing up for our service! Welcome to the Xfinity family! We would be happy to look into the shipment and get further information. I see most shipments arrive in 2-5 days from when the order is placed unless a delayed shipment is requested. When the shipment leaves our warehouse and goes with the shipping carrier, we send a notification with the tracking information by email. You can see the shipment at that time in the Xfinity app.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
