Tracking Equipment Order

I received an email about my equipment being on its way but the button that says "Track your order" doesn't work. There is no link connected to it, and clicking it does nothing. I want to be able to track my order. How do I fix this?

@user_jgu5gy Let's give the order a bit more time. I would like to follow up tomorrow to see if anything starts to work by then.

@XfinityJodie​ Sorry to not follow up for a few days, the package ended up coming the next day. I hooked it up just fine on my move in date and it worked great. No problems on my end. Thanks for the answer, have a good day. :)
