Track package
How long will it take to receive my new equipment? I need my wifi set up asap. I received a UPS tracking number 2 days ago with only a label created status. I could go to local store and pick up in person if that is more efficient. Please advise.

@user_y55szv Thanks for adding to the community. Shipping is 2-3 business days. Weekends and holidays can add to that window, but you can pick it up at a local store if you prefer. Then you can deny the shipment once it arrives or drop it off to the same store later. Here https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers is a link to find the closest store near you.
