user_iinlhw Is the order in regard to starting service for residential services (i.e., Internet or TV), shipping new equipment, or with Xfinity Mobile?
Thanks for clarifying generally once the equipment's ready to ship you'll get an e-mail notification with the UPS or FedEx tracking information. Have you checked your primary e-mail addresses on your Xfinity account to see if you receive the tracking information
