total unmitigated incompetence
30 year customer here—headed straight out the door. comcast can’t find competent people to work for it. not customer service; certainly not repair technicians nor administration. nine hours, 40 minutes one on one and the situation just gets worse. they’ve collectively destroyed my email, cell phone & land line. nothing works.
i’ve had it.
strongly advise anyone planning on signing up to rethink that decision. go anywhere else, fast.
