Total unacceptable help
For Five weeks I have not been able to get a channel I watch everyday and enjoy. Numerous phone calls have been made and a tech has been out 3 times. Last Friday 12-26-25 came out and installed new recievers in my livingrooom,kitchen and bedroom. After doing so I could not get any channels. I was without television for 24 hours till he was called and came back out the next day. Now I have tv in the living room but not in kitchen or bedroom. I am 85 years old and tv is my entertainment and I feel I have been pushed aside!!!
