Total lies

Very specifically asked if the monthly rate I received was promotional. Was told no it is just the regular plan cost. Price just doubled without notice. Customer service states they can see the conversation. And exactly what I said was told to me is noted, so sorry I received wrong info. In other words, So sad too bad. Just how it is.
