Too high fee.
I am a long time loyal customer of your Internet services . But recently my bill will increase a lot after the discount period is over. I am looking for new discount. There is a bunch of internet providers around here. Their speed and price look more favorable than yours. If you give me more discount rate I will stay with you since I have had your service for a long time. Thank you for your kind attentions. James Mo

@user_e1u4ln, thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I understand where you're coming from, I always want to get the best value for my money as well. Have you checked out our Plan builder? I recommend going there, sign with your Xfinity ID to see what options might be available. Let me know how that works out.
