To update equipment

I received an email requesting for me to replace my WiFi. I am satisfied with my  current equipment. I don't want to replace anything!

user_asso72 Thank you for stopping in for help with this upgrade email you received. I understand not wanting to fix what isn't broken, but we have made some changes to our speeds and networks. Some of our modem speed tiers have changed, and we are also phasing out the use of one of our older devices. We want to ensure your services stay working well for you, and the modem has a lot to do with that. I would be happy to check into your modem details for you if you would like.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
