to report "Downed line at [Edited]".

There are 2 Down Cable Line and Hazardous wires at [Edited: "Personal Information"].

The lines on the ground have bee there since Friday, March 13th.  I scheduled an appointment for Monday the 16th, from 2 to 3pm, but Comcast agent didn't show up_ AND THEY DIN'T EVEN HAVE the courtesy to call and reschedule or cancel.

I called again to schedule an appointment and report it but an agent from Singapore answered the phone  and doesn't know what to do.

To send a direct message:

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
