Tired of continuous outages for 2 weeks now

We've been long time Comcast/Xfinity customers but I've about had it with these outages, with no permanent fix and no communication about what the heck is going on.

For two weeks now, for every hour it's up, it's at least 20 minutes down - sometimes for hours. We've apparently maxed out what negligible credit is offered for these service disrupting, receiving a $5.00 credit, and then another for $6.00. I work remotely and depend on a reliable Internet connection - $11.00 doesn't even begin to compensate me for my lost income.

The outage map consistently shows the outage affecting "3 - 100" customers. If the area affected is so small, the why has this continued for two whole weeks, day and night. And why hasn't someone from Comcast communicated with us, if it's such a small group, and tell us what is going on? Is it because this isn't an affluent neighborhood? Is it because not enough customers are speaking up in this forum?

In search of any sort of resource available to me, as a customer, I scoured the Xfinity website - and have found nothing that supports or satisfies Comcast/ Xfinity's 'promise' to their customers - there is no 24/7 customer support. There is no means at all to reach ANY human. And the AI customer service assistant is useless.

Is there any hope of seeing this resolved?  Or is this just a sign to finally take my business over to AT&T?

I'm happy to take a look and see if I can find any further details. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.
