time sensitive: Shipment for new internet service - confirm address required

Hi - I just placed an order for internet. They are shipping me the devices needed.  I changed the shipping address AFTER submitting my order based on guidance from someone on the chat with me at the time.  Internet service location:  [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Shipping address requested via chat (which person confirmed changed) was [Edited: "Personal Information"].  I rec'd a text saying my order is confirmed with the [Edited: "Personal Information"] address as still the shipping address.  No one will be there though if it gets shipped there.  I need it to go to [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Thank you

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
