Tier 2 Support could not push MoCA provisions to my gateway.
I just got off the phone after a 2+ hour support live chat/phone call with the goal of trying to enable MoCA support on my admin page. Ultimately they were unable to resolve it, told me that they got an error saying it was forbidden for them to push the provisions. My XB7 modem supports MoCA, my setup is all in place, how can I resolve this? Preferably without spending another evening on hold over the phone.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
