if i got told there was a ticket created for a promotion that was never added to my account few weeks passed no resolution no ticket created after days of calling and asking if there's any update how does this happend?

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Since I will need to access your account details, please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and service address to get started. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon 
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
