Ticket Status Update

I am wanting a ticket status update for # ECM0003930144 

My account was inactivated because the person who lived in my apartment prior never turned off service.

I looked up the ticket you mentioned, and the status is still listed as "New", but it was just assigned to a fix agent a few hours ago, so there is definitely some traction on it. This type of ticket is usually accompanied by verification documents, but I'm not seeing that any documents have been uploaded yet. Have you been contacted yet, with any details about what your next steps should be?
