Tech came out to check signal and said multiple houses near me have same issue. they are in the shared utility box and he said there is a tap replacement needed.

What is the status of the repair?

Hello, @user_CS916! Thanks for reaching out to check the status of that repair work. Sorry to hear about any service issues you've been having. We'd love to see what we can help you find out! We provide some ways for you to keep track of updates of known work in the area as they become available - you may use the Xfinity App and/or visit our Support Center for further details. Do either of those places this the job(s) you're speaking of?

The Support Center Show i have no open tickets. When I shared the ticket number with customer service chat they said:

"Thank you so much! I have contacted the team to get this done first, and I will be sending you the consent for lowering your bill to your number or email so that we can get this done right away. I will not waste your time." "I have shared the consent on your email for lowering your bill at" "They are working on your lines and completing these for you." "Let me know once you have received the consent in your email."

It appears that selling me on service is more important the getting me info on the repair ticket timeline.

Since I cannot share the ticket on this platform I suppose this issue is closed and I will just have to deal with the F3 and F4 errors along with the millions of Corrected errors per hour on channel 193.
