Ticket Number [Edited]
Hi Xfinity
I am so sick and tired of xfinity support. It's been 21 days since my property was damaged. The Sprinkler system was damaged when stupid contractors from xfinity came to dig up the wire. My ticket number is [Edited: "Personal Information"], I have done a police report as well for property damage and I am not getting any help from xfinity. Can someone advise the next steps? Should I involve lawyers?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_7naqmv thank you for taking time to create a post. I completely understand the frustration with the ongoing damage claim, I'd like to help get this resolved. From experience, when damage claims haven't been resolved in a timely manner. I've opened up a request for our Executive customer relations experts, and they've been helpful with getting the damage claim resolved.
Since I will need to gather some information we don't want in our public conversation, to locate your account and gather information about the damage claim. When you have time, please send a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
