Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Someone came by and reattached the down cable.  My services worked for a few hours, now I have had no service since Thursday afternoon.  I can't get through to an agent because there is an outage in my area.  "An agent cannot help you" is the message.  The outage map does not show anything in my direct area.  So frustrated since I can't use my phone hotspot to work efficiently.  Who can help with information.  Comcast automated system is the worst.
