ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"] status

811 emergency locate ... Sept 7th.  A main distribution coaxial cable was exposed.

Colorado 811 Confirmation Request 2023-09-07 Ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Can't get Comcast construction to reported location to move main distribution coax off my property and into easement.

Possible damage to cable sheath or cable from excavation work.

No viable contact numbers for Comcast Construction or Facilities Engineering departments.

No viable means to easily check or update ticket status without calling some toll free number.

For a communications company you don't communicate very well.

Contemplating submitting P.U.C. complaint.
