Three agents just lied to me about a 5 year plan deal and now I'm locked into a higher rate

So when my previous contract expired in April and I signed up for a new internet contract with a $5 rate increase, the agent promised me a 5 year contract with this new rate and that an email would be sent to me once that 5 year contract was in place. That was almost two months ago. I have chatted with three other agents since who have promised me that this email would come if I waited just one more week. I still have no email with that 5 year contract guarantee and now I've been told by another agent that this 5 year plan doesn't exist and that those three agents were lying to me. So I have been essentially conned with a false promise in order to get me to accept a higher rate.

Just happened to me. Im in tears. I thought they would fix it but just had three people talk very badly to me stating that somehow I changed my order and had 2 orders three days after my original order. I didn't and wouldn't have made a second order three days later, and no one had any heart, and when I asked to escalate I was plainly told no one would help me. So i can either cancel, and she was happy to do so and said she did it immediately, I guess to call my bluff. I was in tears. She could have helped. Even a little bit. There was no compassion and it was a gotcha moment. Reddit says this is what this 5-year deal is, its a fraud. DONT DO IT, don't trust it.
