This seem like a useless forum

This seems like a useless forum where people can just view their complaints and think they’re gonna get something done. I have spotty slow Internet speeds been going on for years. I’m paying for your higher Internet speed, but I’m happy to say Verizon is moved into the area, which is my phone carrier so I would suggest people start switching because this company doesn’t seem to be very responsive to fixing issues

We'd be happy to help work with you on your concern if you want to send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
