This same thing is happening to me….

Hi! This same thing is happening to me…I have had a tech and troubleshooted with Hisense…I came across this thread from years ago…this will now be my 3rd tv in 2 years that an xfinity box has to responsible for damaging…I have had a tcl, Hisense and Samsung all have the same exact issue occur where the logo on the tv comes up & then nothing. It took me 3 times to recognize it has to be the tv box. Can anyone from Comcast help me understand how to file a damage claim regarding my tv. If I wouldn’t have found this thread from a few years back I wouldn’t have believed my thought that it was an xfinity box glitch after the same situation occurred 3 times on 3 different tv’s 😞
