This is the worst service I have ever experienced Prabhav and Ankit

I went through three separate service agents. Each one dropped me. They each cut my internet without warning, willfully, to mess with me. 

I simply have never experienced such rude and unprofessional people. I asked for their employment ID, they didnt respond. They just shined me on. Xfinity: your chat center people are complete garbage. Please contact me and I can provide further details as I have taken screen shots.

Ankit, is the reason I am in the situation I am in now. I was looking to lower my bill so I was paired with Ankit to help assist. I was offered 2 promotions. Both promotions were for 106$ with one including an iPad. It did not mention a mobile line. I didnt find out a mobile line was needed until I activated my iPad. The price I was paying for the internet as well as the mobile line was the same price I was paying for my internet, so it's really not a deal. I canceled the mobile service and tried to return the ipad. This is where loads of problems come in. Its too much to type but just know I can agree that Ankit is a horrible customer service agent for xfinity.
