This is terrible

After having spent an afternoon trying to get internet working, with no human interaction from xfinity, this page won’t let me post a message without an error.  Terrible customer service.

user_eyxxh1 If you are still having internet concerns, be sure to check the Xfinity app or Xfinity Status Center to see if there are any service interruptions in the area.

Thanks MartyR, that was the first place I checked, and along the way the assistant requested I check at least another couple times.  No service interrupts are reported.

@XfinityMartyR , Do I need to wait 3 more days for any additional help?  That seems like terrible customer service.
