This is Ridiculous....
I just want to talk to a person. I've been trying to contact someone for over 2 hours. I have no idea what has happened with customer service. You can not speak to a live person.
I've been a customer for more than 20 years and I'm going to cancel services because this is so horrible.
What on earth is going on with your company?
