This is a nightmare.

I am moving into a new home and Xfinity is the only provider supported in my new area. I called many times and every time the call would suddenly drop out and I'd have to call again. I finally spoke with a nice lady today who said that she had everything set up with my account, but there was an error in the system that wouldn't allow her to schedule me a date for the equipment to be installed. She gave me the general Xfinity number to call and said that they would be able to help me schedule the installation. I'm sure they would be able to help me if I could actually get on the phone with a real person! I'm stuck in an endless cycle of robot that can't help me with anything. It keeps saying to enter my phone number or account number to proceed, but when I enter my phone number it says my account doesn't exist. I literally have spoken to someone and provided my phone number multiple times so how can it be true that my account doesn't exist. Nobody gave me an account number either. So I have no way of actually speaking to a real person. And if I call the order line it's dropping out again. I'm getting extremely irritated and out of all the utilities this one has been the most difficult to set up.
