This company is a joke

You can never speak to a person, and if you can they dont speak English. The reps put you on hold and hang up. It has been days trying to get my phone to work and still no closer. Looking into a new internet and mobile phone company. This place needs to stop sending jobs overseas and pay Americans to work. This place is horrible.
